Sarah has been working in front line media and public relations for over 20 years. She is a passionate campaigner and believes in making communication programmes work to create positive change.
Sarah started out as a sub-editor at DC Thomson publishing in Scotland, cutting her teeth as a trainee reporter on The Angus Courier and Dundee Evening Telegraph, before going on to work in regional and national newspapers for over a decade.
Her career in PR started in 2008 with national PR and public policy agency JBP, working with B2B and B2C clients across healthcare, IT, environment and energy, FMCG and third sector before going in-house as press and policy manager at the RAC.
As well as heading up Stuff’s PR division, Sarah is also a lecturer on the University of the West of England’s Journalism and PR course and a member of the Prince’s Trust South West Development Committee.
