Stuff has been working with Bristol City Council to promote the new 20mph speed limit that is being introduced throughout Bristol
The campaign focuses on the positive impact the new speed limit will have on the community, using street signs to highlight the advantages underpinned by the campaign strapline. A little bit slower. A whole lot better.
Richard Spruce, Creative Director says “We feel people have become somewhat desensitised to shocking images of road accidents and they never believe it will happen to them anyway. So rather than going down the safety route we wanted to communicate a positive message, which focuses on the fact that driving at 20mph has very little impact on a driver’s journey time yet offers lots of benefits to the community.”
The campaign is running on 48 sheet posters, 6 sheets, kiosks, buses and door drops around the city.
