Following a five way pitch against national and London agencies Stuff Advertising have been appointed to drive forward an integrated marketing campaign for Friendly WiFi, a Government recognised WiFi accreditation scheme.
Friendly WiFi was initiated to ensure public WiFi meets minimum filtering standards, particularly in those areas where children are present. It aims to make sure all public WiFi is accredited as safe to use and then known to users.
The appointment comes as Friendly WiFi look to firmly establish their service benefits across multiple sectors – UK and overseas – and also take their message to the public.
Full-service agency Stuff were appointed following a competitive tendering process including national and London based agencies. Stuff led the strategy and creative development and will be partnering with Rice PR for both editorial content and media engagement. Both agencies are Bristol-based and Rice PR is also located in Stuff’s offices on the Harbourside.

Stuff will be creating both B2B and B2C brand and marketing materials, updating the Friendly WiFi web offering and also growing its social media engagement.
