We were appointed by YTL Developments UK to bring their exciting Brabazon development to market. Brabazon is a thriving new neighbourhood being created on the historic former Filton Airfield and is unlike any development seen before in the UK.
Brabazon represents a massive change for the way people will live, work and play in the South West and we wanted our campaign to acknowledge this.

OOH Advertising

The campaign launched with a high profile OOH campaign consisting of digital billboards and bus mega rears using the core campaign idea – Brabazon, a place that changes everything.


The majority of the current marketing is digitally focused, with social campaigns spilt into four different audience groups. The use of carousels and stories allow us to expand on the concept of change and what that means to potential buyers. We also look after the organic social for Brabazon across all their channels, connecting with the local community, expanding on the heritage of the site and extolling the virtues of living in Bristol.

Print also plays a large part in the marketing of Brabazon and we have created a series of press ads, a 4 page cover wrap for Bristol Property Live magazine, brochures and other assets.

Masterplan visualisation

As well as the advertising we are involved with many other aspects of bringing the Brabazon story to life. One such piece was the 3D visualization of the Brabazon site plan to show where elements of the final scheme are located along with surrounding infrastructure.
